Really quite a disappointing and overpriced product. The ink and replaceable nib system is quite nice, though it is a super simple downgrade from a traditional fountain pen. The body is nothing more than a cheap aluminium tube. Production costs per item are likely pennies, making markup huge.

Somewhat 'DIY' pen, excellent built quality on all the parts. Coming provided with the metal body & lid of the pen, the nib assembly connected to the thick, felt tip style wick/reservoir, 11 styles of nibs & a small tool/holder to replace the nibs, also provided a small bottle of black ink.Assembly is easy enough, simply pop in the nib you require & submerge the wick into your ink of choice for a few seconds to absorb. Then it's just a case of screwing all the threaded parts together & you're done.Writes very well & nice clean ink flow & no dripping or blotchiness, though the 'mini' version of the pen is much too mini for my hands & I find it difficult to get a comfortable grip for any length of time, though is small enough to just have in a pocket for a quick note here & there.At £45 I feel it may be a bit steep for a pen so small, though it is a quality item just a tiny bit of extra length would have been perfect.

it is sort good, but, the ink had leaked al over in the box.....and I was hoping the "heads holder would be a little more sturdy or more elaborate to be able to keep storage after uses

The Lumos mini is a great little writing tool. It was disappointing that there was a long time to wait between ordering and delivery and to add to that disappointment, the delivery was also after the published delivery date.

As you can tell from the £45 price tag, this is something of a luxury item. Or a generous gift. It’s very nice though. The packaging is effective if a little “bare bones” for the money. The pen is a lovely little thing. It takes a little thought to put together (you can speed this along by actually reading the instructions or watching the video on the weblink they supply).One your nib of choice is in place you just dip it in the supplied black ink pot (very small) and let the ink absorb into it. And then you’re away!Changing the nibs is easy enough and you’ll probably want to keep it all together in the box to stop any of it getting lost.

This is a beautiful pen and a great concept being able to change nibs and refill with different colours.Unfortunately we couldn’t get the tip cover off the tip holder so the pen is useless, not sure how this passed quality control?I am returning it for a refund as my initial excitement has turned into disappointment and this is an expensive pen to have such an important issue. Not sure if I will buy another one in the future.
