OPERATION

1. Press the “ON/OFF” button to turn the thermometer on.

2. Press the “°F/°C” button to toggle between displaying the temperature in Fahrenheit and in Celsius.

3. Remove the thermometer from the protective plastic sleeve and insert the probe into the material to be measured.

4. The head of the thermometer rotates 180 degrees in order to read the display at various angles.

5. Press the ON/OFF button to turn the unit off.

Features enhanced accuracy

Ultra thermometers are tested at selected test points to be within tighter than normal tolerances to assist in providing improved accuracy. Other points will not necessarily fall within the same accuracy as those found at the selected test points, but will be within an accuracy of ±1° between –20 and 100 °C.
