The clock is real and genuine but unfortunately it arrived poorly packaged and broken. I fixed it up with some wood glue, but other than that it was a very good clock.

This was an open box purchase from Amazon. Got for 100.00 off. Deer antlers were broke and one of the plastic weight was broke. Was able to fix with glue. Very pretty clock wad works great.

The first clock we received worked great for a few months, then the sound suddenly stopped. Duffner & Duffner sent us another clock very quickly, (we returned the broken clock) and this clock is working great. We love our clock.

Very fast shipping, was here in 2 days. Packaged very well. I see on Questions asked that it just has Cuckoo sound, ours has woodland sounds, then the Cuckoo sound and ends with different melody's. Clock is accurate and simply beautiful. make sure clock is plumb with the earth and level with the wall or the pendulum won't won't swing correctly.

The clock itself is beautiful! It said it came with batteries but there were no batteries in the box. I wish there was a way to turn the light sensor off because it has to be pretty bright for it too coco!!
