Even if the connection worked flawlessly (which it didn't) the screens are too heavy for the laptop to handle. The clips are too finicky and I kept having to put them in place. Returned it immediately.

I’ve only had this monitor extender for about a week, but it’s already been super useful. I travel a lot for work and having a second screen makes a big difference, whether I’m replying to emails, comparing documents, or just trying to stay organized. The screen is bright and sharp, and setup is really easy. just plug and go.It’s surprisingly light and doesn’t take up much space in my bag, which I appreciate when I’m constantly on the move. I’ve used it with both my Windows laptop and MacBook, and it worked perfectly with both.So far, I’m happy with it. If you’re someone who works on the road and needs a bit more screen space, I’d definitely recommend it.

Came with every possible cord required to set up. I powered on the monitors after connecting the USB-C cords and they both showed mirrored. I switched it to extended screen then configured the monitor order in my windows display settings and i now have 3 monitors to multi-tasking with.Great item, resolution looks good and was quick/easy to set up. Great item

This appears to be a wonderful product. The problem is is the description stating that it works with MacBook Airs is false. I subsequently had to buy $120 worth of extra products like the display link and a whole host of cables and even after they arrived, it still does not work. I’ve wasted four hours of my time trying to install this. I contacted the seller and all you get back is a form that says it works. I would suggest that you buy something else which is quite disappointing because the monitor really looks good. But the products only good if it works in this one clearly does not work on Mac OS. It’s unfortunate because now I have to return four products to three different places based upon what appears to be deceptive advertising in the company’s description.
