I purchased a set of Tusa SS 5mm Dive Boots via amazon after having knee surgery. I used the boots the first time last weekend and the zipper broke on the first attempt to close. I posted a review to Amazon with a picture from the dive boat and requested assistance through the link on Amazon hoping to get resolution from Amazon and/or Tusa. After a week of not receiving a response from Amazon/Tusa I have updated my review and added additional photos showing the condition and the failure of the zipper so another diver can avoid the disappointment and inconvenience I experienced.I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the product received and MORE disappointed that Amazon/Tusa didn’t respond to my complaint in a reasonable time.DO NOT BUY TUSA VIA AMAZON!

I use these dive boots with my fins, and they help alleviate the rub that the fin strap would have against my heel. I tend to pair the boots with underwater socks for additional comfort. Note: if you wear a half-sized shoe (i.e. a 9.5), it is best to go with the size directly below (which, in this case, would be a 9). These dive boots also do not have the best bottom protection when walking on rocks, so if you have sensitive feet, you might want to purchase another dive boot.

Like another reviewer the zipper broke the first time I tried to zip them up in the same spot as the previous reviewer. The zipper is too small and fragile for dive equipment.

I wore these for just a few days and the stitching inside was so bad it wore the skin raw. had to wear band aids for the rest of the week to protect my feet. Now they will go in the trash.

These are replacing a pair of Sherwood boots that I've got over 200 dives plus 100 or more snorkeling outings. They are a size 9 and feel very comfortable. Haven't dove with them yet but feel and look of these booties seem sturdy. TUSA fins and mask that I use work great but I know how things are farmed out. Fast shipping and package was perfect.
