Features

The Locker is a type of mechanical differential locker, operating based on an internal gear locking mechanism. As the wheels rotate, the internal gear system of the Locker connects the two drive wheels together, causing them to rotate at the same speed. This locking mechanism is automatically activated when different wheel speeds are detected. When one wheel rotates faster than the other, the internal gear system connects them, thus locking the differential.

STEP 1

Place the springs in the alignmengt pins, then install into driver holes.

STEP 2

Compress the spring and insert the retaining wire into the retaining wire hole in the driver. Take spacers placed in it.

STEP 3

Install side the couplers into the carrier case, and install drivers into the cattier. Pull the retaining wires out of the alignment pin. Finally install the cross pin shaft and roll pin.
