This unit features a Cast Iron 4-Bolt Flange Housing and a Chrome Steel Insert, complete with a slinger seal design and an anti-rotation device. The insert has been manufactured with two set screws, located on the extended inner ring, which can be tightened onto a shaft. This mounted block unit has been equipped with a grease feed, allowing for re-lubrication of the bearing if necessary. Our Mounted Block Bearings are pre-lubricated with Grease, allowing them to be ready for immediate use upon arrival. Mounted Blocks are used in Construction Equipment, Pumps, Manufacturing Equipment, Sporting, Conveyor and Fan Assemblies, HVAC Systems, Feed Mills, Agricultural Equipment and other Industrial Equipment.
