These worked and look better than expected. I used them on rusting tips and also sliced them horizontally to fit over other rusting areas. These will prolong my dishwashers life expectancy.

They fit very snug. I never realized until installing them, but you will need ~120 of them to cover both top and bottom racks. It took me about an hour because they fit very tight. I like it this way because otherwise, they could slip off when washing. I tested a few times in hot cycle and confirmed they work very well. Highly recommended.

Diameter opening too small for fridigaire dishwasher FFCD2413UW4A tines on brand new rack. Actually heated them in hot water and still couldn't get them on

My dishwasher is old and was leaving rust spots on my dishes, these little caps work great and cover the rusty pegs. They're a little tight to put on, but that's a good thing.

These fit the rusted places in my dishwasher but they require some tugging to get them on. Once installed they seem to do the job well. Can be cut down for odd areas.

These covers slide right on to the dishwasher posts if the posts are in good shape or have only a little rust.I found that a number of my posts were rusted and the top had expanded because of the rust. For some of those, I was able to twist the covers over with some effort. Others had to be cleaned of rust in order to get the covers to fit.I did both the top and bottom in over an hour. The package of 150 provided more than enough covers.The covers are attached snugly so I do not expect to have them come off during wash cycles.Overall, a good product. I would suggest getting them for preventive maintenance before rust sets in.

Perfect fit and they won't come off during a wash cycle. It makes it MUCH easier to see inside the dark grey interior of the dishwasher having these tips on. That alone, it is worth the purchase. They will protect the tine tips for rust prevention and soften a blow if something is clanking around in the dishwasher.For your standard 24" dishwasher, the bottom rack has 72 tines and the top rack is about 50-55. To use these on all the tines, buy the larger 150 pc bag and have some extras. If some of your tines already have rust that is lower than the tip, you can cut the tip off and make these into a tube to slide it lower if you need to.
