The suction mount on our dash cam apparently doesn't care much for southern sun and keeps releasing from the windshield. I was looking for a better alternative and came across these mirror clips. Connecting the clip to the dash cam and then to the mirror is a breeze. Goodbye suction cup, hello clip. Recommended.

Easy to Use and Better than Rubber Straps.These are SHENGSHILIZHI Universal Rearview Mirror Dash Cam Mount - High - Strength, Tool - Free, Adjustable Size - Black Color.These mirror holders for a rearview mirror camera is nice and sturdy compared to the rubber straps which came with the camera. It was easy to assemble and used, No issues so far, a sturdy fit and hope it will last a long time.
