The Vacuubrand 721003 vacuum pump is suitable for laboratory or manufacturing applications that are non-corrosive and non-evaporative, such as gas transfer and vacuum filtration. The ME1-model pump has a 14 liters per minute (LPM) free air capacity and generates a vacuum level to 75 Torr (100mbar). It has an aluminum head with a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) air flow path for use with aqueous solutions and some organic solvents. The oil-free diaphragm pump allows operation without oil misting and contaminated oil disposal. The pump accepts 100 to 120V, 50/60Hz input power with a NEMA 5-15 plug.
