  • Releasing too much wire rope without tension will cause the wire rope in the reel to loosen, squeezing the middle of the wire rope in the reel when lifting and recovering the wire rope, and then jammed by the force.

  • Do not release too much wire rope without heavy loads or apply lubricant on the wire rope can effectively reduce the occurrence of this situation.

  • Due to the use of 1500w universal motor, small size and high power. Sparks and a little noise during use are normal and will not lead to safety issues. Our technical team has optimized the cooling system to the maximum to minimize this situation.
