I used this to hold track lights to our suspended ceiling. They do scratch the paint on the ceiling rails a bit when you install them. I used a small bottle of white appliance touch up paint to hide the scratches.

Installing track lighting on a suspended ceiling presents the issue of do you securely mount it. These clips that lock onto the grid allow direct mounting of lighting to the grid with no damage to the ceiling tile. Well worth the price paid.
