Why anyone would mess around with wire nuts when these exist is beyond me. I was concerned the bag and Amazon listing didn’t say they were CSA certified but their website says they are. Apparently Europe has banned wire nuts completely and I see why. Night and day easier with these.

Throwing out my old twisty things. These are the large 10 AWG I can use for connecting to my big 12V batteries for ham radio work. These are re-usable.

These are well worth the price.Previously I bought some generic brand lever nuts. They would barely hold onto the wires. These are very secure. Once you have the wire in place it takes a lot of force to pull it out.Even though these cost more, it's well worth the piece of mind that wires will not fall out.

Parfait, je me sens mieux après avoir remplacé des vieux dominos dans un boitier dans mes combles par ces Wagos. Facile à utiliser.

I've used many hundreds of the smaller gauge Wago connectors. For 10 gauge wire you need ones such as these larger ones. They make the connections easy. As long as you strip the proper amount of insulation and insert them completely before closing the clips, they are held very securely with a good electrical connection.

The most common Wago tops out at 12awg which is fine for everyday use, but on the occasion that you have a 10awg (or a lesser wire with really thick insulation) these will save the day and your project. It may be an illusion, but I think the grip strength of these is stronger than the others. Expensive? Not really as they have good quality control and original engineering behind them.

I had gone to Lowe's and bought what I thought was wago connectors turned out to be off brand connectors. Looked similar in package.Decided I'd search Amazon. Although 2 days to arrive in this supply mismanagement. When the WAGOs arrived I opened the box and took one out and checked if it would work. To say the least it did work and I was pleasantly surprised how easy and well it worked.

I used this for wiring solid 10awg wire to stranded 10awg wire in a hot tub for the heater circuit. The original screw terminals got loose and melted so I had to bypass them. These work great since they wont ever become loose due to having a spring clamp.

I use wire nuts when connecting solid core wires. But a lot of the devices I connect seem to use stranded wire. For those connections, I prefer using these types of connectors. They don't damage the wire and you know you have a good connection (whereas with wire nuts and stranded wire, not always - especially when doing pull tests.) It's nice to just clip them on and go, knowing they are solidly in place and connected.

Handy for so many projects. Vastly superior to wire nuts. Especially when you end up needing to take the wires apart even though you did not expect to. They work flawlessly, no issues with staying put and wires don't come out. It's hard to explain. Wire nuts are tried and true but even if you don't think you need these, once you try them you won't go back to wire nuts.
