I got this for my Milwaukee M18 FUEL quik-lok trimmer; but when I bought the hedger, came with one. So, I returned it. It's easy to install, very good quality, and functions well while using the attachments. Worth it.

I had some difficulty installing this on my Milwaukee Quik-Lok string trimmer, but nothing a couple pairs of pliers couldn’t fix. Installation quirks aside, the strap is quite long — I had to cinch it down about 60–70% and I’m 5'10". If you're shorter, you'll need to tighten it even more.I mainly use it with the lawn edger attachment, which is a bit heavier than the string trimmer. It does a good job of taking weight off the arms, but shortening the strap enough to shift the weight to my shoulders puts me directly above the edging line. I prefer to lean slightly to the side so I can see where the blade might hit concrete, so that’s a bit of a downside. The strap works well overall — just something to be aware of if you edge like I do.With the string trimmer, I was able to adjust the strap to a perfect length for sweeping motions to clear grass and weeds evenly.For under $10, this is absolutely worth it. I wouldn’t spend the extra money on the Milwaukee-branded strap, but for a generic version, this does the job and is worth a try.

I like it. Well made. Easy to install, and use. But after having it for a couple of weeks and getting some use under my belt, I am questioning if its making the job any easier. Its definately nice when walking location to location in the yard, but not sure if that justifies it. The install was easy. Took just a couple minutes and I appreciate they provided the allen key. The webbing strap and pad seem to be well made and the adjustment is easy on the fly. I would recommend it to have around especially if you have a larger property that you need to get around on.

The title fits this useless Milwaukee product. This was a purchase for my son in the hopes he wouldn’t be burdened by the weight of his weed eater. The only function of this strap he received was misaligned positioning, not better weight distribution.
