It is poor practice to ship an item in the original packaging from the manufacturer. It arrives, dented and scratched and misshapen In addition, my child surprise on Christmas is not ruined.

Great product. It’s a little flimsy but I think that’s to be expected. My 2 year old is obsessed and she plays with this toy for hours. It’s not the quietest toy I’d suggest they come up with oversized marbles that don’t make as much noise, but overall a great product.

My 2 yr old loved it, He keeps loosing the balls, but uses it every day. Good buy. The quality is good and is a unique toy for hand and eye co-ordination, multiple colours keep it bright and the bridged can be made different ways

Okay, as other reviews said, not the sturdiest material. But THANK YOU for making an affordable ball run that a toddler can use without risk of choking on marbles! My daughter really likes to watch them go down the slide, and shaking the rattle in the ball, and throwing them across the room. Life saver during work from home. I only wish there were more building pieces for my own entertainment.

Oh my gosh! I bought this for the center where I have toddler playgroups. My daughter--age 7--loves the marble mazes, so I was looking for something similar but without the choking hazard. This is perfect. I thought the children would like it, but I was not prepared for the sheer ecstasy this sends them into. They look for this every time they come in and follow after me when I finally box it up and put it in the closet. They like to put all the balls in, and then they shriek, jump, and generally express delight while the balls go down. Sometimes they can't contain themselves and fall over. It is the funniest thing to watch! After the first use, I ordered additional balls and an additional set. I have never seen one toy make children so happy! The slightly older children--age 3/4--are able to really learn from it. They will set it up and then make changes and then try it again--good for STEM learning. The Ones & Twos will "help" set it up and send the balls down over and over. There was a little pushing and shoving for the balls--especially watch that the girls get their turns, too--so consider ordering more balls.

My 18 month old got this for Christmas and loves dropping the balls down and watching them. We love that we can mix up the height and structure. I will say that it is a little unstable, even with my 3 year old, and knocks over pretty easily. Also at the end of the funnel the bottom piece is sloped and the balls are not contained. While the kids enjoy watching them as they roll across the floor, it is a little hard on this momma to keep getting up and down to chase them down to play again. It would be nice if the base plate had the ring all the way around on at least on of the 2 bases. Overall great toy for 1 and 3 year old!

This was a good idea but it is very light and unstable and the two purple ramps don't stay connected to the other side at all. I actually ended up throwing the ramps away and turning it into one tall ball drop which works better. Still very flimsy and easy for a 1.5 year old to knock over when they are trying to play with it. Not worth the money.

My 2 yr old great grandson loves this. We play together as the ramp does get off track from big movement. We placed on a coffee table to help him keep the unit together. You have to set it correctly so the balls work perfectly. He will be able to know to keep the ramp from being moved as he grows, there is a clasp on the ramps to keep them set. He is a very active boy, bought the extra set of six balls. My granddaughter who is 9 yrs is able to get them all going at once. Michaelangelo laughes & dances with delight.

All nine of my grandchildren love this toy, from ages 1 to 13. It's one I keep at my house and sometimes take to theirs when I visit them. The little ones love shaking the balls to hear the little beads inside and watching the balls roll down the towers. The older ones love building the towers and positioning the ramps so the balls jump from one tower to another. This set has enough to build two towers of five plus two extra ramps. I also bought the original set, also a tower of five with a cute smiling animal to top it off, it does not have a ramp. This set comes with four balls, the original with three. I also bought an additional box of six balls. That makes a total of 13. With that many balls these toys have all the joy and fun of a marble run without having to worry about babies and toddlers being around marbles.

I just opened this for the first time to use with my grandson and one of the bases had a big crack in it so we can't use it as intended. The box was undamaged and the packaging it came in was undamaged it must have been put into the box cracked.Too late to return it I don't have the Amazon box anymore.update Jan 2019: seller refunded purchase price and I repurchased it because my grandson enjoys it.
