If the switch does not work:
- Press the left-front switch on the driver's window controller all the way downwards and maintain for 5-8 seconds.
- Please turn the switch all the way upwards and maintain for 5-8 seconds. Then restart the vehicle to complete the match.
Attention:
- Plug in a new switch under full stop condition.
- Clean the dust off the plug and the connector before installing a new switch.
- Following the requirements to make sure window switches are fully functional. Otherwise, the window may have problems moving up and down. The up & down motor drive might even become damaged.
Tips:
- Do NOT spill water on the car door because any water seeping in can lead to internal short circuiting.
- Do NOT put anything in the car window gap. Doing so may cause the window to become stuck, and unable to be lifted up or down. Moreover, the pressure will be transmitted to, and damage the lift motor.

The buttons had broken on my new van for the windows was very hard to use them. I bought this brand because it was inexpensive and looked just like the one that was already installed. Got this the next day, popped the old one out, hooked this one up and popped it in. The color matched the old one and fit exactly right. We have not had any buttons break.

The window control unit on the driver side door was exactly what was need to repair the window switches in our 2010 Dodge Van. It went in quickly particularly with the aid of the plastice tool that was included with this switch. Good price. A whole lot cheaper than trying to purchase from a Dodge Dealer. And any owner in need of changing this switch panel does not need to be a mechanic. It just slips in with ease.

Ordered this for my 2010 Chrysler Town and Country Touring Edition. Part fit is factory neat and there is no visible difference between the factory switch and this one. Change out took 2 minutes. Lift the old one out and release the electrical connector, plug in the new one and drop in the arm rest. Easy peasy. All the buttons worked right out of the box. Easiest fix on any vehicle in a very long time.

This is an excellent product. I was able to install it in less than 5 minutes. A mechanic tried to charge me $500 saying that there was a problem with the wiring. For less than $30 bucks, I fixed the problem. Now I can easily roll up and roll down my windows.

I was skeptical. It said frequently returned item. But it works perfectly in my 2010 Chrysler town and country. Both of my front windows are automatic. Everything works and magche. And fits my standards.
