not a huge fan of this product. It was not large enough at the waist, and not secure to stay on. The rings hurt and not well made for dresses rather huge ball gowns

Bought for Victorian dress. Really made thr look. Someone had identical dress without hoop, looked blah in comparison.Comes very compact....couldn't get it back to that small size.

I bought for my 5yr old for a pageant. I've bought several of these and this is by far the best. The elastic waist is perfect. It's a little long but I'll use a few pins to pin to the inside of her dress to pick it up a little bit. Definitely something she can grow to and use for years.

It’s great quality material and hoop skirt but I just don’t suggest it to big waist women like me. The velcro will not latch and the drawstrings will not hold together. I ended up sewing a button onto mine for it to stay together.
