Woodchuck products are extremely well made, sturdy and provide the proper leverage to lift logs. The Woodchuck saves my chainsaw from hitting the ground. I just ordered a new TimberPro. My first one showed no sign of wear after a few years…it now resides with my neighbor.

Worked like a beast. Felt strong and grabbed well. Comfortable to use. Cotter pin came out and almost lost clevis pin for the point so be careful and have extra on hand.

Tool works really nice for rolling and positioning logs. This peavy grips and holds better than any I’ve used previously and the handle is strong and a decent length for good leverage.

This tool is really built well !!!!!Really heavy duty. I just purchased this. Just got alotta snow, so wait to go out and try it !!!!After reading all the horror stories of the wood and whimpy metal ones I decided to try this one. Will update when snow disappears.Ooook, this thing is a Beast !!!I had 17 trees on the ground. This tool is the Real thing. Very versatile, easy to use, sturdy !!!! Well worth the Money !!!!!! Stay away from all the wood ones !!!! Highly recommended

First time reviewer of any product online but this product was worth it. As I get older I buy into the mantra “buy once cry once”. This is a steep price but it’ll be the only time in your life you’ll buy one of these it’s that rugged & that well made. I had never heard of this brand (Woodchuck) but if I’m in the market for another product & they make it I’ll give it a hard look.

This is stout enough to survive real-world wood collecting situations (where logs roll and rounds sometimes drop unexpectedly). I was delighted when I found I could easily rotate a 1000-lb trunk section. This has changed my wood-cutting technique for the better – makes it a lot easier to manipulate cuts on fallen logs to avoid putting your bar-tip into the ground (= instant dull chain).Pricey, but handy as heck and built like a tank. It goes into the back of my truck whenever I do any tree work on my property.

First ever milling project. We had 21 logs up to 33 inches in diameter and 8-10 feet long.. We had to manhandle all of them to get them on a woodmizer mill. As a rookie, I was amazed that we could do this and this hog worked well on the larger logs whereas my old cant hooks were too puny. Plus, I'm 74.
