I've been using this brand for over 10 years on different vehicles and they just do not give me an real issues. They last and last and perform as they should.There is only 1 real flaw in their design and that is the electric field they generate. Read my tip below to resolve it.TIP: if you're going to mount the ballast onto the frame as I typically do, you may encounter the buld failing to ignite. This is due to the electric field the ballast generates and is causing s temporary short. To resolve it, simply add an extra buffer between the ballast and the frame. Something non-conductive. I've used a piece of cardboard cut to size at one point and other times just wrapped it in electrical tape. Both solved the problem.Xentec would be wise to upgrade the ballast's own insulation, tho.

Don’t buy the they work for a couple of weeks and the go out on you and when you try to contact customer service. They won’t responded to you to get a replacement

They are easy to install and i got a bad bulb on mine. They instantly answered me though a d sent the replacement. So customer service is very good only reason for low stars is that the brightness atleast on these 12k ones is less than id have liked its impossible to see anything other than directly infront of you. Id recomend the 10k and when these blow ill be switching back to 10k also the 10ks are bright and very good looking.

they work well and were easy to install but be warned that the 12000K lights are literally pink. probably will end up getting pulled over for it at some point but buyer be warned.
