This keyboard has a beautiful sound. Very happy with this keyboard. The sustain does not live up to the quality of the keyboard. Suggest you buy another one.

I purchased this piano after borrowing the same model from a friend for 6 months. It worked great for my daughter. Unfortunately, 3 keys did not work (would not press down) on the refurbished model that I purchased. I returned it to the seller and was refunded my money. I will rebuy the same model, but not as refurbished.

The sound of the keys on the far right are very low volume

Everything about this keyboard is great except the 4 or 5 high end keys do not sound like a piano. I grew up with two painos in my home. Just could not live with those phony sounding notes. Returned it and bought a Casio.
