Ordered one of these to see how well it would hold up. It doesn't hold a charge. Requested replacement with return. Replacement came pre-dead and won't charge at all. Just save yourself some time and b.s. with the battery box and pick a different product.

Had the battery for only a few months in my motorcycle turn the key on try to start the motorcycle after a month. My fuel pump made a horrific sound so now it's probably dead Blew a 32 volt 50 amp fuse. The battery started smoking like crazy and made a horrible smell. I didn't have a chemical fire extinguisher so I had to unscrew the battery from the motorcycle as fast as I could and throw it on the pavement while it was billowing smoke. So do I recommend this battery? Absolutely not.to the manufacturer of this battery do not bother contacting me unless you're going to replace every single piece of electronic equipment that is ruined on my motorcycle or the entire motorcycle. I absolutely do not want to hear from you unless you're willing to offer me full compensation for any electronic piece of equipment that was ruined and labor from a garage of my choosing while the battery was connected. I will update this review if they contact me and say either they can or they cannot replace the equipment so you'll know either way whether or not they're reputable.Until then I can't recommend any manufacturer in particular but just get a normal lead acid battery The worst case is it will leak acid but not burn your motorcycle down.Edit: offered to compensate me for the battery with a refund on the battery just to test them out I said sure. 2 months later I still have not gotten a refund and none of my demands were mentioned on their end. Incredibly shady company I would never buy from this company and I have told many others to steer clear. Is the clear case of a company not having quality control. These lithium style batteries have the potential to store a lot of energy in a small space which means it could either explode or have a runaway thermal event and catch fire. This new form of energy storage has to be treated with respect otherwise your customers suffer. Companies like APC and cyberpower warranty anything that's connected to their battery backups I guess high crank doesn't stand by the same standard even though they are a battery company so know who you're buying from.

To be fair, I've only had this battery in my 150 GY6 scoot for a couple weeks. But it seems to work great. When it arrived it was so dead that its built-in readout didn't work, which was kind of worrisome (it can't be good for a lithium battery to go totally dead, right?). The charger didn't recognize it as a battery at all, so I briefly jumped this battery with the old one while the charger was connected, just to get a spark of life in it. After that it charged properly and seems to be holding it. It's the perfect size replacement, although much lighter than the lead-acid battery. I'll update this if things change... so far so good!

I bought this for my father’s scooter as he believed that his battery wasn’t sufficient anymore with the bit of changes he had made to his scooter. When the battery arrived, he had to put it on the charger, but he stated that it charged to 100% rather quickly and it definitely made a difference when starting the scooter. It was starting almost instantly instead of having to crank it a few times to get it to start.

Bought this for my riding mower. Fit perfectly. Easy to install and the screws actually screw into the terminal versus attaching to a nut inside the terminal like the older AGM battery it replaced. Love the LCD screen showing the voltage and charge percentage. Overall I’m happy with it. Yes, it was more expensive than a traditional lead acid battery but hopefully it will be worth it. Time will tell.

I'm a convert to lithium batteries for motorcycles and all my bikes have them. For the most part they've performed great for me. BUT there have been exceptions, one just recently. The Hicrank battery arrived at 98% charge and claimed to be at 13.2v. My voltmeter saw only 13v but not a big deal. It had no problem starting a 1000cc bike straight out of the box.It has battery management and LiFePO chemistry is not flamable so there's no concern for safety. I will update this review if it fails to perform long term (I really will and have on past items). For now all I can tell you is it's a solid feeling battery that does what it claims to do.Of the roughly dozen lithium batteries I've purchased in the last 3-4 years (I have many bikes) two have failed to perform. One still reads full voltage but won't start bikes over about 500cc, the other caused my Indian FTR to act strangely, randomly turning on ABS light, rebooting the display while riding, etc. After much troubleshooting I replaced it with another lithium and everything worked as normal again. I'm stumped about what was going on there.
