Can't say too much other than it does the job wonderfully.Just mix it in with warm water before putting in your Zojirushi water warmer, put it in cleaning mode and leave it doing its thing. Once the cleaning cycle ends, your Zojirushi water boiler/warmer will be sparkling clean.

It works! Stay on top of your hot water pot by cleaning it often. Follow the instructions and you will get good results. I do an extra rinse after the cleaning cycle because the chemicals do leave behind a smell (taste).

This the second water for me. I love the water pot. I have hot water when I need it. My prior water pot was a 4 liter and my new pot is. 5 liter. That extra liter is nice. I would recommend the Zojirushi water pot to everyone. It is well made and will last you for years to come.
