I was skeptical of quality, but this is solid. Easy install on 23 Tundra. Remove the bumper bracket first. This is spring loaded which is great, easy up and down.

I'm not a very technical person, but I found installing this step on my 2023 Toyota Tundra to not be too difficult to install. With just four bolts and the step itself, the parts list is quite minimal. I did have a little struggle temporarily removing a support bar that was in the way, but this was more of a "me" thing. The step is very well made, and I appreciate that the step is quite large, yet it tucks up under the back left-side bumper that is very easy to access with a press of your foot, but is hardly noticeable unless you know it's there. I'd definitely buy again and recommend.

There is nothing complicated about installing this step it was actually pretty easy. The only thing you have to take off is a little support rod that’s in the way install the step and put the support rod back on and you’re done. I’m really happy with it and I feel confident in putting my 280 lbs on it
