ZZCSZ 603-205 Front Engine Coolant Reservoir Tank with Sensor and Cap
The coolant reservoir is a vital component of the cooling system. Its function is to store excess coolant fluid until required. Heat and engine vibration can damage plastic overtime causing cracks and leaks. This coolant expansion tank gives additional coolant a place to go after expansion and contraction due to temperature change.

My daughter's 2005 Ford Escape 3.0 reservoir had a crack so needed to replace it. Called a local parts store and they wanted $80 for it. Got it for $30 on Amazon. Fit perfectly. The new one had an electrical connection probably for a sensor. This car did not have a sensor so I didn't use it but it was fine.

Quality reservoir for engine coolant. This was a great little replacement to replace our OEM one. This new one is IDENTICAL to the OEM one. You would've thought it was an OEM part. I am satisfied.

The lid is a little more tight fitted than the one I replaced, but it threads on, the overall fit is perfect. I had to block off one port and it has a sensor and plug on the bottom that the old one didn’t, I’m only giving 4 stars because of how hard the lid is to thread on properlyEdit: after a hundred miles or so the cap blew off right after the car was parked, lucky I had just returned home last night, but it sprayed coolant all over. The threads are just too fine for the low number of turns to support normal operating pressures. I’ve had to update my 4 stars to one star.
