Such a cute little hat!The veil is not quite large enough to fully cover my face. So if that is the look you are going for, this is not the one for you.This hat has a little elastic loop underneath. Included is a matching hairband and a metal clip for you to secure it.You will have to gently adjust the feathers and netting prior to wear. The flocking of the hat is of a medium quality. It definitely needs to be protected from rain.I received this in a delightfully soft pink and a marvelous deep black.

My wife has quite a few stylish and vintage hats and uses them as the focus for a memory care activity. The little charmer looks stunning next to her blond hair. It took some finagling to slide the long nosed alligator clip through the elastic, it seems it should come with this preinstalled. Also the netting which is a key component of the look was so wadded up in the package that it doesn't hang correctly.

The hat comes with an alligator clip and a matching head band. There is an elastic loop on the inside for the clip. I don't know what the head band is for; there is no way to attach it. The hat arrived with the decorations squashed. They will need fluffing up. I will probably remove the feathers and netting and replace them with my own adornments, so it looks more classy and less cheap.

Lovely hat and decent quality. The headband was separate from the hat but it only took a moment to slide the headband through a dedicated spot on the underside of the hat. Easy to put on and adjust. Comes with an extra hat pin.I received this hat in navy blue, green and red. All were well made.

This fascinator is well made and looks great, especially for the price. It comes with both a clip and a headband, and surprisingly the headband comfortably fit on both my larger-than-average head and my wife's smaller-than-average head! My wife is modeling the hat in the photos. The feathers and netting are securely attached; we can't see them coming loose, even with regular use. It’s also very lightweight, which is a nice bonus. It looks like the photos in the Amazon listing. Truth be told... we would have preferred more of a salmon color (warm pink), but this mauve or dusty rose (cool pink) color looks nice enough.
