This was a replacement for a 25hp Honda my buddy has. I needed this bigger kit because some pieces in his was worn bad. The o ring seal was a bit tough to get installed correctly but with some patience I got it.

Easy replacement kit. Not only for replacing when water pump quits. Most manufacturers recommend replacing after a certain time period. Peace of mind for doing preventative maintenance!

I used the new impeller and the cup, but kept the old casing and the old plate, the holes were of a very different size. The new key was wider, I reused the old one.
