The rear axle threads on my 1954-55 Ford NAA were in bad shape from not being attended to .I couldn't get a new very fine tread nut started and this thread cutter just saved my a$$.Because of the stripped threads on the very end I had to lightly tap with a hammer to get to catch and start.Once started all went well to the end.Would by again

Worked great rethreaded axel on tractor was able to get 400fp had issue with on the persision of looks on out side but worked so well you get 5

Solid product. Needed to fix the threads on an upper receiver. This did the job.

Appears to be a good threading die. Tried it on an object with pre-existing threads and it works splendidly to clean up dings, defects and dirt.

I needed this particular sized die to dress up the damaged threads on the rear axle spline of a restored 1952 Ford 8N tractor, but had a hard time locating it locally, and even online. This seller shipped very quickly and the carbon steel cut the threads very easily and cleanly, using an adjustable wrench and cutting oil. I was back in business in no time flat. Very good product, at a very good price.

It's a die, nothing more to say, seems to be hardened properly.
