For the first time in about 7 years my integrated amp has tubes from the same manufacturer, Psvane.This is a very special tube.Every aspect of the music just sounds better. It sounds right.Glorious mids. Bass is deep, fast and sweet.Treble is detailed but smooth.Shipping from Viva Tubes was faster than expected. They are pro’s at this.Great transaction with Amazon and Viva.Many thanks.

My amp came stock with the cheaper basic ECC-82 from Psvane, and I liked the sound of it so I decided to stick with the brand and just get one of their premium tubes, but I honestly can't say I hear much of a difference.

MY Primaluna came with PL branded Red Label PSvane's. I keep a few of 12AT7;12AX7, and 12AU7 Red Label IN stock-as they are very good sounding smooth tubes. The ARTS-aside from the gold pins and lettering look identical. But they add a extra layer of clarity-so far. Bass seems on par with Red Label's (which is full and tuneful).FIY this is the initial findings-they do need breaking in. But great out of the gate!. In my experience initially bad sounding tubes-never break in to sound good. But in general, good sounding tubes usually refine into sounding better-

Had issues with the Psvane 12au7-s art series tubes. They both developed a hiss and low volume after an hour or two. Viva tubes went above and beyond to make things right. Eventually I chose to return the tubes and Viva tubes processed the return without question. Will definitely buy from them again. Viva Tubes is a Great company but Psvane seems to still have some manufacturing issues since they started manufacturing tubes for themselves.
