Love these plugs (gauges). They're thickness is perfect. I have 7/8" and they fit perfectly. Look great and are comfortable enough to sleep in.

I've been stretching my ears since all the way back in '04. I've seen plenty of junk and man do these fall into that category. I could tell from the photos they weren't high quality, and from the price I knew the same, but figured I'd take my chances. They couldn't even get the sizes right. When you plugs/tunnels and mention the size, you're speaking about the wearable/saddle area. Not the overall flared size. As you can see from the photos, wearable area was 49mm. Even measuring the flare they couldn't even manage to reach 50mm. Now I know there are variances from time to time, but I've never had a cheap mass produces pair of acrylic plugs not match up to the size they should be. There are far better options out there for this price. Even the local flea markets offerings are better than this. Beware of this one, I'm not sure what type of material this stuff is, but I wouldn't trust this in my ear lobes.

They are a little small on the saddle part but they are just what I was hoping they’d be! My ear lobes are fat but they fit smaller lobes just right.

26mm white acrylic saddle.I read the reviews saying that these do not sit right in their lobes, but I did not have a problem with them at all. I may have thinner lobes, but I find these to be the most comfortable and the perfect fit for my ears. They are even comfortable to sleep in.The only issue I have is when I am taking off my motorcycle helmet, they can sometimes fall out, but that’s not a huge deal to me.

They are very narrow in the wearable area. I purchased 40mm and 42mm.

Good quality overall! The only issue is that they are not super thick, so I have had them pop out when I bumped my ear taking off a jacket or otherwise hitting my ear on something.
