Even extended, it did not provide enough coverage that I needed to the side as I was driving.

I got this visor for my passenger visor because I had a similar one for the driver's seat. If you are living in sunny climates this visor is a must have item for your car. I even have tinted windows which do help somewhat but they do not fully block the sun. So for daytime driving I use these visor guards religiously. Highly recommend this visor to other road warriors with sensitive eyes.

I drive a Fiat 500. The folks who designed this car must have never imagined the car would see sun because the visors are laughably small and do not telescope when pulled to the side window. So I ordered this visor to help keep the sun at bay during certain times of day when the visor just isn't cutting it.This does an OK job. I primarily needed it to block sun coming in the side window when driving with the sun on my side. And while the slide and tuck type of sun blockers work OK, they only work if your window is up, and I don't always want the window up while blocking the sun.I will say because the Fiat visors are already so small, I had to adjust the straps to the very smallest position and that combined with the bump on the car's visor due to the mirror, made it impossible to pull out the extendable visor with just one hand. I also imagine that the elastic straps holding the visor in place will degrade eventually due to the UV exposure, but for the moment they are holding tight.Overall, it serves its purpose and allows me to block side sun while leaving my window open if I wish.
