Tool is fine. Diameter was .255 and wouldn't fit in .250 hole.

Simple and cost-effective punch for setting rivets into Kydex or other thermoplastics. Simply drill the proper sized hole through the proper thickness of material, insert the rivet and seat it onto the anvil. Place the punch into the rivet and pound it sharply with a mallet. The anvil properly shapes the rivet as it gets punched through the anvil. Useful tool if you fashion products out of Kydex or other materials.
