It came with everything shown. The carry bag is ok, the zipper seems flimsy so be careful. Everything fits, but just barely, so be sure not to force the zipper closed or it could break. The rope seems well made, as do the soft shackles. The shovel is junk. It might be ok for clearing some snow or sand from tires, but don't expect much out of that in real midwest clay. Thankfully I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but I have no doubts it will work well if needed. It's a great item to have and never need.

Finally got my hands on this set of recovery gear and boy does it feel nice! The high visibility orange will be easy to see anytime of year and especially in the snow! The quality of this product feels superb! Very happy with it and excited to see it in action!
