These fit right on my TRX4m Bronco model. The red looks awesome and the tries do as well. The tires come seated perfectly and required no adjustment. I just simply put the screws in which took me about 4 minutes per tire. I have a Traxxas lift kit on this particular one and the height of these tires are on point. They fill the wheel wells nicely while giving just enough room to avoid a lot of fender rub. The included wrench is also better than OEM as it lets you mount and dismount rims without rubbing the tires.Would have been cool to have the screws in already, but I am more than happy with the way these look and function on my rig. Will be getting another set for my defender.

Well, they look Awesome. Some serious issues though. You will need to make VERY sure you are paying attention to the rims when installing the screws. These rims have been anodized after the screw holes were tapped. This makes it near impossible to get the provided screws to tighten up without breaking off after 2 to 3 turns. I am very disappointed in the tapped holes of these rims. I have ruined two rims now trying to get the screws seated in the rim. I was already being super careful but that did not help much. The screws are very tiny and of cheap material which helps in the fact that they snap off very easily. Soon as you feel tension STOP, back the screw out and screw back in a bit. Keep doing this until you can get the screw seated. DO NOT FORCE IT! You will be disappointedd in the result if you do!I did use some tapping lubricant oil to try and help with the screw retapping the holes during assembly, but the tapped holes were still way too tight. Going to have to order another set just to try and hopefully get 4 rims to work. I so want these to work out for my Pink version of the Assent 18

I decided it was time to upgrade the wheels and tires on my Traxxas 1/18 TRX-4M Defender, and this red set from hopsupRC caught my eye. Getting them mounted up was my first project after they arrived. The installation process was fairly simple; while beadlock rings always require a little finesse with the tiny screws, it wasn't overly difficult to get them assembled and onto the truck. Visually, they're a huge improvement – the red aluminum beadlock rings look sharp and give the Defender a much more custom and capable appearance. The rubber tires feel nice and soft with an aggressive tread pattern that looked promising for traction. Once I got the Defender crawling, the performance difference was immediately clear, as these tires gripped much better on rocks, dirt, and other uneven surfaces compared to the stock setup. The beadlock system works well, keeping the tires firmly secured to the rims even under load during tricky crawls. I noted the manufacturer's tip about using screw glue, which is good advice for any beadlock wheel to ensure screws don't vibrate loose over time. So far, they've proven durable through several crawling sessions, with both the aluminum wheels and rubber tires holding up nicely. For anyone looking to enhance both the looks and the crawling performance of their TRX-4M, I'd definitely recommend this hopsupRC wheel and tire set.
