needed to replace the discharge line from the pump to the distribution outlet on a 3100 cfm portable swamp cooler .no big box store sold 7/16 id.poly tubing nor did any plumbing supply companies.Thanks to Amazon you had many choices and same day delivery.

I paid for 10 feet of hose but received 7 feet. It wasn't worth my time or effort to return the product (i.e., take the time to repackage the product and attach a UPS label , drive into town wasting fuel, and go to a UPS store. However, when you pay full-price for a product, you expect to receive the entire product-not a product that is 30% less than what you paid for it. Shame on UBREWUSA and Fermtech (out of Canada)

Used the hose for wine racking and it worked as expected. Just keep in mind it does have a tendency to kink easily. If left kinked for an extended period of time a compression set will occur and hose will stay permanently kinked with a restriction in it.

The hose works great for home brewing. It’s a little wider in diameter than I was expecting. However, I somewhat prefer that as it makes it easier to clean and sanitize between batches.

I had a couple of aquarium reactors that didn't come with enough tubing. Buying tubing for them was tricky because there wasn't much documentation with the products. The hose needed to be tight enough to prevent leaks, but flexible enough not to break the plastic fittings on the reactors. This hose was perfect, it's food grade, so I know it's safe; and it was much cheaper than most of the other specialty tubing I saw.
