Using A4 Paper As An Example:

Step 1 : Align the paper with the marked line at the bottom and press the top cover to punch the first set of holes

Step 2 : Align holes 9/8/7 of the paper with pins 2/3/4 on the positioning post, then press the top cover to punch the second set of holes

Step 3 : Align holes 19/18/17 of the paper with pins 2/3/4 on the positioning post, then press the top cover to punch the third set of holes

Step 4 : Finish punching
