Your cart is empty.Co2 Cylinder Protective Carry Handle mounts easily to aluminum Co2 cylinders for valve and regulator protection. Handle is designed and supplied with hardware to mount to smaller neck cylinders of 1 5/8". You may use this same handle for larger necks of 2" to 2.6" diameter by supplying your own longer bolts to accommodate the diameter (These larger necks are found on tanks with plastic handles being removed). Carry handle is made from aluminum and finished in black coating. Great for DIY offroad tire filling systems.

Great handles. This is the 2nd one I have owned. The 1st was installed on a 5lb tank, which had a simple fixed flow regulator, also from Preece. I think 5-10 lb tanks are the sweet spot for handles like this. Far more portable than this 20lb tank.Pics are showing the handle installed on a 20lb Luxfor style tank, which needs longer bolts due to the wider neck. I used (2) 3/8"-16 x 3" stainless cap head screws/bolts like another reviewer mentioned. I got the bolts from a local industrial hardware store, but I imagine an Ace, Home Depot, or Lowes might have the same size. Pics also show a blue Preece 400psi adjustable pressure regulator, which is sweet. Its angled due to clearance issues with the coupling and the width of the shoulder of the tank. The coupler is a Harbor Freight universal safety exhaust coupler, but Milton, Coilhouse Pneumatics, and Power Tank have ones too. (Power tank ones have the highest working psi rating, sorry)The handle protects the tank valve and regulator very well. I much prefer it to the molded plastic shroud that was previously attached to the tank.Also suggest getting one of their CO2 leak stopper fittings / o-rings. The tank valve was closed days before the image and the pressure reading has not changed, a testament to better sealing than those normal nylon washers.

Makes moving my nitrogen tank around so much easier. Also makes me feel better when i secure the tank because it keeps the chain off the valve or neck

If this is truly powder coated it is the thinnest and cheapest I have ever seen.

Bought this and found out I have a 10lb bottle with a wide base under the valve. Contacted the company and they answered my question quickly. The fix is purchasing two longer bots to secure it at the wider base. The bolts you will need are commonly found at hardware stores... Allen drive cap screw 3/8 -16 in the length of 3 inches. It installed using the longer screws, the handle is sturdy and works for what I need in my Jeep. Hope this helps...
