Our bearded dragon can get rather feisty at times when we need to clean him after he has made a mess of himself and these work perfectly. Of course it helped me grip things and keep my hands clean from the mess I was cleaning but I am mostly impressed with how puncture resistant these are because he has long claws and he definitely spiked many times as I was holding him and they worked amazing! I purchased the medium. I usually wear a size small or possibly medium in gloves because I have small hands and they fit perfectly. They seem very well made and durable as tested with a feisty bearded dragon.
