Installation Steps
- Soak the thin end of the reed in water.
- Place the flat side of the reed against the flat side of the mouthpiece.
- Carefully slide the ligature over the reed.
- Align the reed tip with the mouthpiece tip and adjust the sides without touching the tip.
- Gently tighten the screw to secure the ligature—firm but not too tight.

I got an old clarinet at a garage sale but wanted to get some new reeds to try it out. Lately it's been sitting on my wall shelf as art, but really wanted to make some sounds out of it and I finally ordered some. These arrived safely and without any blemishes, marks, chips or scratches. The fine taper made it easy to install, as well as soak.There was no chemical taste in the reeds, and they store in a nice case but once you open I would say add a bit of tape to both side with a flap to easily remove it. Stores safely in a bag, backpack or case.The sound I was able to make was clear, and rarely had any squeaks at all. Used for a few sessions and decided it's a lower quality reed than name brands. Still functions as needed but not as well as name brand reeds.

I'm very pleased with these reeds. I'm just a hobbyist player, so I usually play 2.0 strength. These are 2.5 and very comfortable. They have clear, crisp tone and don't bark at me so much as other new reeds. The cane is smooth and well formed. I wasn't expecting much to be honest, so I'm very surprised with the quality. I've had reeds in this same packaging, just a different brand, and they weren't great. I was expecting similar, but so far, I like these better than the popular brand I use. I highly recommend them, especially for the value.

These Bb clarinet reeds (2.5 strength) are perfect for beginners and casual players. The thinner tip and unfiled cut make them super easy to play with a smooth, clear sound. They respond well and hold up nicely through multiple sessions. Plus, the plastic case keeps them organized and protected. Great value for a 10-pack—definitely recommend for students and practice use!

This is a good value clarinet reed for the beginner student. It produces sound very easily so that students can focus on forming a proper embrouchure without worrying about not being able to produce a sound. The reed tip does not warp when lubricated with saliva. Definitely not for the intermediate and above student. Produces a very clear sound quickly. Students will need to practice with tuning as the reed seems to produce out of tune sound. (Although, it might be the fact that I am used to a harder strength reed and have been playing for a LONG time.) These reeds are a really good price for the beginner student, especially when they can become very easily damaged quickly. Having reeds on hand when that happens is a plus, so parents will appreciate the value.

I’m really disappointed with this purchase. Out of the 10 reeds I received, three were chipped straight out of the box, making them completely unusable. This is unacceptable quality control, especially for a product musicians rely on.I would normally return them, but I need reeds right now and can’t afford to wait for a replacement. That makes this even more frustrating — I paid full price for 10 reeds and only got 7 usable ones.I expected better. I won’t be purchasing this brand again unless the quality improves.

Great quality beginner reeds. I have been playing clarinet for thirty years and now I get to introduce my kids to it. It's easy to forget how hard 4s and 5s were when just starting out so these softer reeds will make their early lessons less frustrating. Came very well packaged in a plastic case with each reed in it's own compartment and no damage to any of them. I recommend for students starting out.

These reeds is a great deal comparing to other known brands. So I got a pack for my elementary school son to use as spare ones. I am sure the known brands are better quality but kids dont take care of their stuff too well. So it is good to have some extras around!
