Bought these to stake in my wooden garden arbor. There are no directions in the box. There is a video on the item listing that was somewhat helpful, though it doeant mention what to do with the bolts and nuts. I had to gather from the listing photos that those are only used when doubling up the stakes? So... they should really include at least some directions. The stakes were hard to tap in flush with the wood. They seemed to naturally pull away a few cm, which was my biggest installation issue for the purposeI was using them for. The red tool for tapping them in bent almost immediately, too. So, overall, not super impressed. I'll update when I see if they keep my trellis up through the next storm. If they do, ai might go up a star.

Was surprised at how well these have worked. Easy to install and make a big difference in the fence posts. My local fence company was going to charge me $5,000 for five panels and five posts. These spikes will give me a few more years and for $29, not $5,000.

Not going to support one piece of wood, let alone a whole fence. Even pounding them into place the metal has split open, especially the red tool you’re supposed to hit. The screws are weak and break too

I was impressed with the quality of these stakes. They are heavy and sturdy. They come nicely packaged with a variety of screws. I screwed the stakes into the back of my wood screens so they don’t fall over in the wind. Use a rubber mallet to pound them in do minimize scratches.

Good product, strong, easy to hammer into ground given its shape. I found them to be a bit short to support a fence post. 24” would be better but they still helped. The hand held metal piece to assist in hammering the spikes in was not useful and really not needed.
