I replaced standard metal latches on my travel trailer with these latches and they are so much stronger than the old ones. They latch every time and don't pop open when I'm driving. Also, where I had two latches on a door, I now only need one as these have much better holding power than the old metal latches. Definitely and giant improvement!

Female side is a perfect replacement for mine. The male side holes are to far apart. I just had to drill the bottom side to match what I was replacing. As I find that the female side fails about 4 to 1, it's not a big deal to make the male side fit when needed

I bought these latches to replace a couple broken ones in my RV kitchen drawers. Every time I would turn a corner these 2 drawers would swing open making a terrible noise and spilling utensils onto the floor. I was really hesitant to even try fixing them with my track record at repairs being somewhat sketchy. I am writing this review to state that the latches went in easy and have held fast since day one, I am extremely satisfied.

I have replaced more than 50 of these catches! They do a good job of holding cabinet doors and drawers closed in a moving motor coach, but they don't last and they are ridiculously expensive. I am looking for something else that will hold and last for many years. I will no longer buy these.
