I had to travel for work and do some administrative stuff while laying over several locations. Some of the time I just spent exclusively in the airport as it wasn't worth it for me to be at a hotel for a few hours.Anyway, I decided to take this lock with me as I didn't want to haul my laptop away from my makeshift workstation as I needed to use the restroom or grab a bite to ear. Needless to say that my laptop was secure thanks to this lock.It was easy to install and also secure with each key.My husband also used one of the locks with him to work as he sometimes uses two laptops (one issued by his work and the other for personal use) simultaneously in coworking spaces over the summer for some projects. This helped to keep his laptop secure.I like also there is a master key just in case it's needed. It's pretty thoughtful to have because you never know!

So I got these because I travel and keep misplacing my lock. Also because I wanted to lock up some equipment that have these locks on them. These are very easy to use. Also, if you want to use them on items that don't have the proper hole, you can buy lock holes that attach onto your equipment or computer. This is great if you have things like a tablet that you want to stay at a location, such in a business.

It's great to have this set of cables with a master key. Now, I can leave one at home and at work so I don't have to carry a heavy lock back and forth. With a master key, as well as keys for each cable I'm set. A good purchase to keep my laptop safe wherever I am!

BOTTOM LINE:1. I recommend this 10-pack of Kensington style locks.2. The current price of ~$90 is reasonable.LIKES:- High quality cable and locks, as well as keys.- I can lock multiple devices, and have one master key for all of them. Each one has a unique key as well.- Cables are covered with plastic and there are no sharp edges anywhere.- Cables are long enough for me to wrap around multiple pieces of furniture legs.DISLIKES:- None.THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:This does not fit the newer wedge style locks that some laptops have.UPDATES:None at this time. I will update this review with any changes or important additions should any arise.

very nice cable locks love the master key when haveing to change out computers or other tech not having to find the key for a different cable lock just makes it different and very convenient for me.

Fantastic cable lock.The Master key to opens 10 differently keyed cables.The cable is thicker than most and the locks work very smoothly.
