These lights are only real visible at eye level they don't illuminate 360° because of the foil inside .

Good quality sealed marker lights for my dump and enclosed trailers. Red for rear facing, and amber for front and side facing. 5 stars overall, but gave them a 4 star for "easy to install" because these need to be spliced into either new or existing wire. My current marker lights pop out of a carrier so there is no wire splicing necessary. Not a deal breaker, just a bit longer and more tools needed to install. All of the marker lights use copper wires. The amber lights have a yellow wire for positive and a black wire for ground and all five amber marker lights pulled 20 mA @ 12.4 VDC. The red lights have a red wire for positive and black wire for ground and two of the lights pulled 18 mA and three of the lights pulled 19 mA @ 12.4 VDC. Nice to see consistent readings. Screws are included for mounting. Very happy with these marker lights.

I ordered these because they matched the size and shape of marker lights on my cargo trailer and was hoping not to drill more holes. Unfortunately, that was not the case as even though the outside was the same size and they looked very similar, the mounting holes on these were a bit closer together (about 55 mm center to center) than those I were replacing. Nothing wrong, just a note to other uses. They come with about 25 mm or so of what appeared to be 20 gauge or so tinned wire leads. They also come with tiny screws that I would not use. Brightness is adequate but not exceptional and surprisingly slightly less than the incandescent lights I were replacing. One other thing to note is that the LEDs project light more or less directly out from the face of the light whereas my original marker lights had a more of a 360 degree pattern. However, these had better built in reflectors at the ends than my original lights.
