Great kit of tools for a fisherman! The net is kind of useless because of the small size, but everything else looks great. I really like the filet knife and fishing braid scissors that come with a clip so you can keep it on hand instead of digging in your tackle box when tying a knot. The fish scale is really nice and comes with fish grips to hold your catch up. Really good value for everything you get.

I like to lake and pond fish and this fishing tool set has worked great for my needs. I really like you get a good assortment of fishing accessories, basically everything you will need to take care of the fish you catch. The pliers and hook remover work well and this set includes a fish scale that is a cool addition. The scissors are basic and hard to operate but I was able to cut fishing line. The net is very lightweight and it works well for small fish but the handle is not telescopic so the entire length of the net is only 20 inches. This fishing set is a well rounded entry level fishing tool set and would be an excellent gift for someone new to fishing.

The scale was rusted and broken and would not even work. Fell apart as soon as it was taken out of the box.
