We always called these wire hook tool and we kept them in the tool box. You always had to buy more than one so it's good seeing them in a 10 pack. They are about 7" long with a plastic body with a stiff wire hook bent as a 90 degree on one end and on the other end is not conductive all plastic molding for when working on hot circuits. It's bailed me out many times fishing then out or just trying to remote inside a the long reach for case. You can't go wring with 10, they are cheap you can put one in the kitchen, one in each car, one in the shop and one in the office and still have extras

This review is for the "10 Pcs Probe Pick Spudger Yellow Nylon with L-Shaped Wire Hook 7" Length for Telecom Data Communication and Alarm Installers Tools."Not sure I needed 10 of these. The tool is well made, seems strong enough to use repeatedly. The hook doesn't lose its shape easily. I get these for several applications in my electronics lab. They are definitely handy.Worthy of recommendation imo.

Data and telco folks already know the value of having this little multi tool on hand. Great for digging wire out of terminals, seating fuses, grabbing wires out of a bundle. A multi pack is a great value, keeping one in each tool bag, on the work bench, and in the tool drawer at home. The metal pick end has plenty of uses from cleaning out wiring points to acting as a place to test via multi meter when inserted into wiring blocks. The flat plastic end is molded with slots in two sizes, great for holding down small wire while soldering or prying out components.

These little guys are not easy to find anymore! The ones I received feel well built and should be durable. The steel hooks do not bend easily, which is a good attribute. I'm sure they will serve well at least until I lose each one and hopefully I will be able to find them again so I can buy more as needed.

Indistinguishable from the name-brand tools you find in supply houses. These tools are a staple for any telecom/data engineer. Metal hook is ideal for pulling wire bits out of tight spaces, but especially for pulling jumper wires out of 110 blocks. The plastic end is of the same utility, but even better for 66 blocks so you don't accidentally short a pair.I've bought name-brand versions of this, and I'd challenge anyone to pick out this vs a name brand one in a side-by-side comparison

This is an interesting take on the traditional spudger. I like the hooks. They are quite rigid and are embedded in the handle quite solidly. The spatula end is rather thicker than I'm used to. It isn't nearly so thin for getting into plastic cases and such. I suppose it could be sharpened down if you wanted or perhaps has its own uses.

These have come in handy more often than I thought they would when I ordered them. Well, the one I’ve been using. I haven’t been doing anything too crazy with it but it’s been two months and it’s basically unscathed. That’s pretty unusual for tools of this type. They’re basically consumables. These are all right.
