This product has a strong adhesive with tabs that allow you to overlap for a seamless look. There were a few rips because the adhesive is strong, so accuracy is important. The gloss provides a realistic finish. This area took two packs (13/20 tile sheets). Apparently, you can remove them with hot air from a blow dryer.

Application wise, I was wishing I went with a straight up subway tile instead of herringbone, application was no joke and you have to get everything lined up just so. Order extra because you have to cut a straight line on each end.It looks really nice though and is forgiving for remove and restick a few times, just be careful not to rip it.

I love the herringbone pattern of this peel and stick tile. I covered over the ugly yellow tile in my kitchen and it is a night and day difference. Looks like I had a professional come in and install the real deal. Very happy.

I wanted to so a makeover to my kids' play kitchen. These peel and stick backsplash tiles are so easy to install. I cut them to shape with scissors! They are truly very sticky, so you have to be careful when placing them that you don't stick them at unintended spots. During installation, I was able to unstick them a bit to adjust and then place it back again.These have a beveled edge where the tiles end so they look realistic, not just a flat wallpaper
