The item worked great when I replaced the 10" subwoofer on my 2005 Acura MDX Touring.

This product does not fit my 10 inch Sundown Audio subwoofer as advertised as it cannot get over the subwoofer basket. Secondly the finish is very rough and unfinished. It looks like it was routered but it has rough bits sticking out in 8 places and I guess they couldn't be bothered to sand those down from the manufacturing process. Unfortunately I was out of town and didn't even open the package until after the return period expired. Buyer beware
