Your cart is empty.This is a great disc brake set manufactured by Kodiak. This is one of their 5 bolt 3,500lb capacity integral disc brake kits. This particular brake kit has Dacromet coated hubs, rotors, calipers and brackets. This is Kodiaks part # 2/HRCM-10-DAC. This kit is designed to fit on 3,500lb capacity axles using the standard 4 bolt brake flange. This is Kodiak’s Integral set which means the hub and rotor are cast together as one piece. This means that the hub and rotor are machined together which minimizes rotor runout and provides a smoother ride. The hub is a 5 on 4 ½” bolt pattern. This trailer disc brake kit will fit with 13” or larger wheels. What’s included: This kit includes (2) Dacromet coated 10” hub and vented rotors that are cast as one piece. The vented rotors help dissipate heat quickly. Also included are (2) Dacromet coated caliper mounting brackets. The calipers are Dacromet Coated except for the brass fittings where your brake lines run in. The brake pads are red steel backed. The calipers ride on (4) stainless steel caliper mounting bolts.

Rerceived a cracked rotor. The Kodiak replacement rotor was shipped next day after I contacted them. Recieved rotor quickly and excellent packaging. Really like this kit and the Kodak protective coating. Will buy again from this company.

Like the way they brake and install was easy.They look old after going in the salt water twice and fresh water once, so we will see how these hold up in one year.I got the disks so I could hose them off and clean them much easier after going into the water.I will update with before and after photos after in a couple of weeks.Update:Had these for over a year and absolutely love them.These are a 100% upgrade.I tow a 5000lb trailer now behind a Dodge Durango (smaller suv) and these make the trailer pull up like like the car.I can come in hot and have confidence these will be pulling the car backward and not pushing me.I ended up buying a new hitch and the electric reverse cut off solenoid was needed as these will lock up the wheels as they brake so well.Over a year dunking them in salt water and I’d say they work just as well or better than new.These out do the drum brakes every time with o% maintenance.After having these, I would change out a new trailer on day one with these.Highly recommend!

Best price you can find on these. Make sure you get new cotter pins as they do not come with new ones

Box arrived quickly with some mashed corners but was in tact. And all components were in the box. Quality was excellent and installation went very well. The Kodiak brakes checked out well on the road test and continued to work as expected on my 300 mile trip to the lake and back. A Quality system. I would recommend them for anyone that want to upgrade there drum brakes to disc brakes.

WOW! Trailer had drum brakes, that were not working. Install went well, changed the master cylinder in the actuator, installed reverse lock out solenoid. Truck and trailer have never stopped like this! Great investment.
