What a great product to repair the broken blinds! I'm very happy that I was able to put back 5 blinds on the top rack.

I've had plenty of problems with vertical blinds but these clips practically solved them all. They are very sturdy and do a great job of reinforcing the slots on the vertical blind so that they don't break. I highly recommend this product.

They don't work, used pliers to squeeze shut and it doesn't hold them. Previously, I bought a different brand that I didn't keep track of and those all work perfectly and endure frequent turning stress, etc. I've used one and the slat fell right out after a few turns.

Excellent! I have some old and brittle plastic/vinyl vertical blinds in my rental home and they were breaking at the top from age when I open & close them or the wind blows. These metal repair pieces have solved the problem perfectly and now hold them securely in place and allow me to use the blinds without fear that they will snap from simple use. They were super easy to install and definitely worth the price. An excellent product.

Makes like easier to fix it yourself rather than having to pay a air and leg for a new set of patio blinds which can cost you a nice little penny. Well worth the price for a simple fix.

I noticed a lot of great reviews. This was not my experience. I bought two packages and had very little success in getting them to work. I used mine on vinyl blinds and the tines that is supposed to grip, just cannot not stick into the vinyl to hold. They would seem to stay at first but as soon as I used the blinds, they would slip off. I experimented with different ways to make the blinds stay. For example, I tried to crimp them a bit, but they are worse once I crimped them. The metal is too soft and will bend against the vinyl with the slightest pressure. The design seems reasonable. It may have potential. But it seems to me that someone made them based on their untested theory.

We had a couple of wind days a couple of weeks back and on of the blinds broke at the clip. Ordered these clips to repair the blind and I was so satisfied with the construction I put them on all the blinds near the windows that may flap around when it is windy. They did require pliers to crimp them to adhere properly, put that is due to the strong metal construction. An excellent product and I would recommend them.

I had one broken vane on my bloody expensive Levelor Sillouette blinds (thanks kitty) and this worked perfectly to fix it. You can't even see it because the Sillouette blinds have a soft, airy fabric in front of them and that fabric completely covers the vanes.I did need to use a flathead screwdriver to open the hooks to get them on the vane and then squeezed them tightly with pliers. I got a nice tight fit. Also, for those wondering about whether these will work on flat or curved vanes, as I did because my vanes are flat, they will work on both. I bent a little bit of the curve out of the vane fixer and it worked great. My vane wasn't curved at all by this fixer. If you own vertical blinds, you need to buy these! Even if none are broken yet, have these on hand for when they do break. You'll be happy you bought them. It's a quick 5 minute fix.Should little miss kitty manage to do something to this fix, I'll update this review.

Good color match for my slats. USE a pair of PLIERS and cushion between them and clip with a cloth, to protect clip paint. Squeeze hard, and the clip will hold. I checked each one after I thought I had it tight, and before hanging slat, to make sure it wouldn't wiggle or otherwise move. If so, so back with pliers. It takes a fair amt of hand strength, but is SUPERIOR to stick on type of clip. These babies are going no where now!

I got these because my cat has wreaked havoc on the vertical blinds in my apartment. The clips were easy to put on and are metal so quite sturdy BUT, and this is a big BUT, they did not grip onto my blind at all even after using pliers to squeeze the grip clip together. I ended up using a double sided foam tape to thicken the top of my blind so that the clip would grip onto the vane.

The end result is very nice and sturdy. It would had been helpful to have had instructions. I was able to get a helpful hint about using a hammer to lightly tap the clip. I repaired 6 panels. One clip did not work right but the second one I tried worked just fine. Now that I’m done I’m a happy camper.
