Easy to install. The blinds were to long. It was easy enough to shorten them. Material is a little thin. Still worth the money

Very happy that I was communicated with to verify sizing and had the opportunity to clarify before final order was prepared. On installation, the guidance provided worked out as a perfect fit to my windows of which I required both inside and outside mounting. Product looks like after easy installation process and is simple to operate whilst looking great in my rooms.Thank you, will order again if I have a need.

First off, I am not one to write a review, but this seller's product and customer service were worth every minute typing this review. We love our blinds!!! The color (Flax Brown) is perfect in our home!! We were shocked how PERFECTLY these blinds fit. Their custom fit is spot on. We are very happy with the quality of these blinds and the install was super easy.Customer Service is Next Level: Good customer service in general is hard to find now days and a huge reason why I am giving them a review. From the beginning, Kenda was communicating with us to make sure the measurements were verified correctly. As you can see in the pictures the width and length was absolutely spot on for our sliding door. We received the blinds and the track in two separate packages and deliveries. The blinds came in first and we were very happy with the quality and color of the blinds. When we received the track via DHL, the tube was extremely bent almost 30 degrees. Obviously something very heavy fell on it during transport and the delivery person just left it on our doorstep like that. I sent Kenda a response message to the previous measurement conversations and sent pictures of the damaged packaging. Kenda quickly responded and after a couple messages sent us a replacement track this time via FedEx. We got our track in great condition and put our new blinds up with ease. We couldn't be happier with the product and overall experience.They look amazing and yes they are 100% blackout. They will definitely be helpful with saving electricity. Thank you Kenda and LETAU for all your help and for our amazing blinds! We will definitely be purchasing more for our other windows in the future.

Ordered vertical blinds with a span of 156”. The right side opens and closes, but the left side there is no movement. Contacted seller with no response. Paid a considerable amount of money for these blinds that do not work. At this point, not happy with purchase.Contacted by seller will see if we can work through these issues to get the blinds working properly or a new blind sent to me.Customer service was very helpful and help me work through the problems with blinds not opening fully.I rate their customer service a +++++++I also rate their product a ++++++++

Update: about six months in and the blinds no longer spin/swivel. Stay away from these blinds.The blinds themselves look and function pretty well. But there are two main issues I wish we knew about before ordering...1. The valence ... The valence is not made to size for the length of the blinds. I suppose you could cut it to size but then the edges will look frayed. Also, the valence is not the same as pictured in the product listing. The one pictures looks much cleaner/sleeker. The one provided is just a six inch roll of fabric with Velcro on the back.2. The brackets - the brackets leave a bit to be desired. You can't tighten the C bracket onto the L bracket fully because then the little screw sticks down too far and the blinds won't click into the C bracket. This causes the track to not sit flush against the ceiling and in my case causes part of the blinds to run the bottom of the window sill.In retrospect wish we had gone with a different custom blind for these reasons.

This is just what I was looking for. I love vertical blind. It's fabric type of blind. Not like that vinyl type. This product is great and customer service is excellent. I order 5 vertical blinds for my 5 windows. Been in contact with me to help me out to make sure my measurement is the way I wanted. Even though they can only help so much amount, because when it comes down to. Customer is the only one who knows how big their windows is. Customer service can only follow by what customer put measuring info on their window measurements. I measured this the first time and I know how big I want my vertical blinds to be and the company cuts and make the vertical blinds just the way I ask for. Excellent work ladies and gentlemen. All the hardware's is complete and available for me to setup my vertical blinds. I say this is worth it when it is hard to find. I could've pay company to come out to my house measured and put vertical blinds in for me for all my 10 windows but I would have to pay over $2000 when I could just purchase and installed it myself and save over $500. Anyway I do this myself order little at a time. So this save me a lot and products is great. I recommend this product if anyone looking for vertical blind. Customer service kept in touch with me on their process. It took few weeks to a month before I received this product. Even it's long but I understand it takes time to make them and deliver to me. Good job. I am planning to purchase more for my new house that I be getting soon.
