Used this for a Halloween costume and it held up well for the photos and such. It didn’t matter how realistic it looked since it wasn’t a cosplay or anything. I’d probably have higher standards if that were the case.

You won't look like you have real facial hair unless you can professionally install it. I think this came with sticky tape that I didn't use, I had eyelash glue and I used that instead for a costume party with no issue. This definitely looked a bit silly on me (a woman), but that's how it was supposed to look. It was kind of itchy though

If you're looking for a costume piece, this will do. If you're looking for something to relieve gender dysphoria, this isn't it. The hair is higher quality polyester than the classic shiny wigs from Party City, softer and more matte, but it's thin enough to see the base pretty clearly, especially at the edges. As far as costume pieces go, this is a pretty nice one, but a costume piece it remains. As for size, honestly it was HUGE on my face and to wear it effectively I had to trim it quite a bit, which was no easy feat.

This is a pretty amazing mustache but it was advertised as “synthetic fiber” and the box arrived stating “100% real human hair”. I did NOT want human hair and prefer synthetic so for that reason I will be giving this a 4 star. (I am creeped out by real hair) But for those wanting real hair this is pretty high-end quality with the hand knotting. I just won’t be using it and will find someone to gift it to. It is pretty lifelike!

The presentation of this moustache was very straight forward. Blue box with a window so you can see exactly what's inside. The moustache looks and feels real. It Is more pro looking then costume looking. The backing is like a super thin netting lace material like you would find between layers on a nice dress. From the front view this will pass 100% as real. From the back you can see the lace completely giving it away. The only thing I would say I did not care for is haven to trim the lace material down around the hair, it should come pre cut. It comes with gel style gummy adhesive that will work for a short term. If your going out for an entire night, Id suggest getting some liquid latex or a make up glue to adhere this more securely. I also wish there were better instructions but its pretty straight forward. Overall- Fantastic product that needs a lil help with attachment to the face.4 stars . I would recommend to anyone who wants a real look, we even question if its real hair.

This was easy to apply and made very well. I did need to cut some of the netting but that was to be expected. It does blend with skin very easily and you can reuse it if you apply it properly. The hair on it is good and it doesn't look sparse. This was perfect for the costume that I needed it for and it was comfortable and lightweight.

All right, so this isn't going to convince anyone it's real.But if you're dressing up as Inspector Clouseau, or Sam Elliott old cowboy, for comedic effect, then this mustache is made to order.My son came up the stairs wearing this with an old-man wig and glasses, and I did a spit-take. It's part of the Halloween box now, for sure.I'd watch for a sale or coupon on this one, though.
